Every effort is made to recieve and settle disputes and complaints when they occur, however sometimes things do go wrong.
Complaints can be made by writing to:
2nd Floor, Unit 1 Mulgrave Chambers, 26 to 28 Mulgrave Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 6LE or by e-mailing the complaints team at enquiries@medinacredit.com putting 'Complaint' in the subject box.
We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 7 working days of receipt.
