If you have received a letter from us, you can make payment on your account in a variety of ways:
- By far the quickest and easiest way to make your payments, and check your account balance too, is to use our secure online credit or debit card facility.
To use the service - You will need both your Medina Credit reference number, the one that starts with an 'M', AND your creditors reference number. Both these numbers will be on all communications sent to you my Medina Credit.
If you do not have them, please call 0208 770 9251 or e-mail enquiries@medinacredit.com to obtain them.
- You can also pay over the telephone using your credit and debit card
by calling one of our team on 0208 770 9251 during normal office hours.
- By cash/cheque over the counter at any Lloyds TSB Bank using the following details. Please always quote your reference number

- By sending a Postal Order or Cheque made payable to Medina Credit and post it to us at the address below.
- By Standing Order please click here to download a standing order mandate form. Once completed please send it, together with your reference number written on the back, to the address below.
- You can also use your credit or debit card to by your installments automatically please call one of the team on 0208 770 9251 to set this up. Charges levied by card companies and processing agent apply to payments using this service – whilst they are small, it will take longer to repay your debt.
- We can issue you with a payment card for use at the post office however, the post office will charge you for making a payment using it – this will result in it taking longer for you to repay your debt.
